We are represented at the European Mining Business Forum by Got IT Consulting (GIC) based in Vienna, Austria. GIC provides the strategic planning and project management. 

Project design and implementation is led by Metal Management Solutions (MMS), based in Cape Town, RSA. 

Mine Sense for Mining (MS4M), with HQ in Lima, Peru, is focused on modules for the pre-processing stages and through Platforma provides integrated IT network and Internet of Things (IoT) infrastructure and services. 

SIMTECH, based in Graz, Austria, provides insights on process analytics and optimization, based on more than three decades in the business.

With a total expected project cost of USD 1.5 million, an increase of profits of more than USD 500,000 per month is forecast, i.e. the payback period is 90 days

Proof of concept 2 (Risk): Centerra Gold Öksüt Mine: 

Originally introduced as a requirement by the internal audit team, the integrated WIRE metal management suite helped Centerra address several challenges at once: 

a. Auditable Reporting: Fully AMIRA-compliant production reporting, vital for management and stakeholders; 

b. Enhanced Throughput: Automated tracking from pit to port, optimising the entire production & sales cycle; 

c. Streamlined Sales and Logistics: Automated outbound logistics and settlement, with auto-generated dispatch bills, invoicing, and umpiring processes.

While Öksüt was struggling severely when our project began in April 2022, with the help of an integrated metal accounting system (including interfaces with exploration and lab data), by June 2023 the mine was ready to restart dynamically, allowing Centerra to achieve AISC gold production costs of USD 675/oz, 50% below the industry average of USD 1345/oz.
